1. 1. Take the Order Form to your PLCB store.

2. 2. Tell the clerk at the store that you wish to order one of the wines on the price list.

3. 3. The clerk will order the wine using the SLO number listed on the price list.

4. 4. The clerk will collect a 50% deposit from you.

5. 5. The PLCB will notify us that you have ordered the wine.

6. 6. We will deliver or ship the wine to the PLCB store where you made your purchase.

7. 7.The PLCB will call you to tell you that the wine has arrived at the store and is ready for you to pick it up.

8. 8.In most cases, your order will be in the store two to four business days from when you order it.
